The Full-Stack Developer designs, builds, tests, and maintains web applications, platforms, APIs, and internal tools.
This role is for engineers who can work across frontend, backend, databases, integrations, and deployment environments, with strong ownership of quality, performance, and maintainability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications across frontend and backend.
- Build scalable APIs, services, dashboards, workflows, and platform features.
- Translate product and project requirements into working software.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Integrate with databases, third-party services, authentication systems, and internal APIs.
- Support testing, debugging, performance optimization, and deployment.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions.
- Support deployment, infrastructure, and environment setup where required.
- Maintain security, reliability, and data protection standards.

Minimum qualifications
- 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Experience building production-grade web applications or enterprise platforms.
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks.
- Strong backend experience with common server-side languages and frameworks.
- Experience with relational or non-relational databases.
- Experience with APIs, authentication, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with version control, testing, and deployment workflows.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with AI-enabled applications, workflow platforms, enterprise systems, or SaaS products.
- Experience with cloud, containers, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or on-premise deployments.
- Comfortable working on both client projects and internal products.
