Otech was unveiled on February 11, 2026 at the Royal Opera House Muscat under the patronage of Abdulsalam Mohammed Al Murshidi, Chairman of Oman Investment Authority, bringing together public and private sector leaders, technology specialists, and experts in digital transformation.
Positioned as a trusted technology enabler and single point of contact for ICT solutions, Otech unifies Omantel’s investments across data centres, cloud computing, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, IoT, and systems integration — at both national and regional levels.
DeepAstra’s role within this ecosystem is to provide sovereign AI capabilities that enable government entities and enterprises to own, govern, and scale their AI infrastructure independently.
